EDI Systems Analyst I

The salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $87,000.00 annually, and offers up to 10% Bonus under the Karcher Incentive Program. 

 

This is how you WOW:

  • Develop interface and mapping specifications for EDI systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate changes and provide support for existing interfaces and maps, including troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Implement customer onboards within the EDI space for multiple domains, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist in the uplift of existing connections, working with customers' requirements to improve system performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with the Integration Solutions Architect to review maps and test case results prior to production deployment, ensuring adherence to a two-eyes principle for mutual support among system analysts.
  • Support the Integrations Product Owner and other team members in project coordination and communication, ensuring alignment with project timelines and priorities.
  • Maintain documentation related to integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps, ensuring it is up to date and accessible to team members and stakeholders.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of EDI and integration projects, documenting test cases, scenarios, and results to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Work in partnership with the Integration Solutions Architect, the Integrations Product Owner, and other team members to facilitate seamless collaboration and teamwork across integration projects.

 It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

  • University degree in the field of computer science, information systems, engineering or business administration is preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience working in EDI, demonstrating proficiency in interface, and mapping specifications, troubleshooting, and system support.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience working with SAP, with a strong understanding of iDocs.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience working with OpenText and IBM VANs, with a strong ability to work with existing trading partners successfully.
