Assembly Packer / Crater

The salary range for this position is $19.00 to $22.00

  • Crate Machines: Safely and accurately crate machines according to established procedures and guidelines, ensuring they are protected during transport and storage.
  • Box Pressure Water Machines: Efficiently box and package cold water Pressure Washers, ensuring proper labeling, sealing, and stacking to maintain product integrity.
  • Organize Work Orders: Organize and prioritize work orders, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and according to customer requirements.
  • Order Packaging Equipment: Assess packaging equipment needs, research suppliers, and place orders to ensure an adequate supply of packaging materials and equipment.
  • Drive Forklift: Operate a forklift to transport materials, equipment, and finished products within the warehouse, following safety guidelines and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Maintain Inventory: Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by accurately counting, labeling, and organizing products and packaging materials.
  • Collaborate with Team: Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and ensure efficient workflow, effectively communicating any issues or concerns.
  • Adhere to Safety Guidelines: Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

 

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or packaging environment preferred.
  • Forklift certification and experience operating a forklift.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects or packages as required.
  • Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and recording product quantities accurately.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
  • Knowledge of safety guidelines and the ability to adhere to them at all times.
