Fabrication Supervisor

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $97,000 depending on experience, with bonus opportunity.

This is how you WOW:

• Directly manage, lead, and evaluate the performance of the fabrication team, including hiring, training, and annual reviews.

• Schedule daily work assignments and manage workloads to ensure production requirements and scheduling timelines are met.

• Maintain a safe and clean working area, ensuring all employees comply with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Train new and existing employees on machine operations, production procedures, and inspection processes.

• Document and standardize work processes to promote consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• 7+ years of related metal fabrication experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical process sheets.

• Proficiency with hand tools, inspection tools (like Calipers), and operating equipment such as forklifts and scissor-lifts.

• Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to apply basic mathematical concepts, including trigonometry.

• Strong computer skills, including experience with Google Suite, data analysis, and ERP systems.

Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and reach with arms and hands. Standing for 8 hours and frequent walking required. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually high, proper protective equipment is required.
