Senior Product Management Leader

The salary range for this position is $145,000.00 -$160,000.00 annually, based on your experience, with opportunities for additional bonus compensation.

  • Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and market opportunities in the professional cleaning and public space maintenance sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization, ensuring products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis specific to professional cleaning equipment and public space maintenance to identify unmet needs and opportunities for new products or enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and successful market adoption.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, regularly reporting on product performance and making data-driven decisions.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of all product decisions.
  • Manage product roadmaps, prioritize features, and make difficult trade-off decisions to optimize resource allocation and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management to continuously evolve our product development processes, specifically within the professional cleaning and public space maintenance industry.

 

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing product teams, ideally within the professional cleaning equipment or public space maintenance industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Proficiency in product management tools and software.
