Corporate Paralegal
The salary for this position ranges depending on experience between 80,000 to 95,000 per year, with a 10% bonus opportunity.

This is how you WOW:
- Assist with the formation and dissolution of corporations, LLCs, and partnerships.
- Draft and review contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents
- Assist in routing contracts and maintaining the Contract Lifecycle Management System (ContractPodAI) from a legal perspective.
- Organize and maintain contract files and documentation.
- Provide administrative support for litigation management and other special projects as needed.
- Assist with gathering and organizing documents for outside counsel.
- Assist in maintaining knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to Company businesses by organizing legal resources and updates.
- Support the Corporate Counsel in due diligence on business initiatives and review of marketing and promotional materials by organizing relevant documentation.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to intellectual property filings and technology licensing.
- Provide support in organizing materials and documentation for the Company's Compliance program.
- Assist with administrative aspects of insurance programs.
- Prepare and organize legal documents, presentations, and correspondence.
- Prepare and file documents with state and federal agencies
- Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems.
- Handle general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate legal team member.
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
- Associate's degree in paralegal studies or a related field, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
- 3+ years of experience working as a paralegal or legal assistant in a corporate legal department or law firm setting.
- Familiarity with commercial contracts and corporate legal processes.
- Experience with document management systems, ideally ContractPodAI or similar platforms.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and general legal principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (or comparable programs) and legal research databases
