PURPOSE
Kärcher North America is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our fast-growing organization. This role will be responsible for territory revenue growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execution of Territory Revenue growth
- Support Business Development Managers regarding new opportunities that fall within their territory / region
- Industrial and Rental support within Territory for other Regional Sales Managers.
- Engage with Regional Sales Managers to enhance market and equipment knowledge, supporting and developing growth of Industrial and Rental
- Support demo activities and training with both Dealer and Direct customer network for existing products and new platform launches
- Manage, maintain and grow relationships with all existing Dealer and Direct customers
- Promotion of solutions-based platforms, incorporating equipment, chemicals, parts, service etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Experience
- 3+ years of successful industrial sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High attention to detail required
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret common retail data, reports and documents. Must have the ability to research and convey a complex issue to both management and customers in a logical manner. Report writing, business correspondence, and effective communication by email is required.
Mathematical Skills:
Must be able to perform all basic math calculations including figuring discounts and working with percentages and fractions. Must be able to use computer software to create and interpret data from management and customers.
Reasoning Ability:
Proven ability to identify and define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions. Must have the ability to interpret a variety of data in mathematical and informational forms in order to solve internal/external concerns.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
Duties performed in a general office environment with moderate noise and activity. Duties require manual dexterity, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, visual acuity, hearing, and advanced speaking and communication. Limited travel may be required.

Base Salary
$75,000 - $95,000 per year
Incentive Plan
Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) - up to 35%
