This role will be responsable for managing solution based programs incorporating growth of aftersales and service program within region. 



  • Execution of TG growth initiatives within Region
  • Focused on growth; new accounts, opportunity expansion
  • Nurture new opportunities until program is won, then transition to RSM organization
  • Support new customers / new opportunities identified from RSM organization
  • Promotion of solutions-based platforms, incorporating equipment, chemicals, parts, service etc.
  • Channel agnostic – Present best fulfillment solution for customer
  • Promotion of NPD within region





  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.



  • 3+ years of successful industrial sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

  • Demonstrable track record of success in developing and fostering key relationships at a senior level.
  • Demonstrable track record of business development, increasing sales and offtake contracts.
  • Very strong communication and negotiation skills, high degree of commercial awareness, with business acumen.
  • Ability to work and interact with senior executives including at board level, a high degree of initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to consistently project a professional demeanor and maintain a high level of condifentiality. 
  • Leads Kärcher values, vision, and goals. Helps others understand Kärcher 's values and their importance. 
  • Translates the leadership culture of Kärcher into day-to-day activities and behaviors.

Base Salary

$80,000- $120,000  


Incentive Plan

SIP  - 35%
