National Sales Manager, Aftermarket Spare Parts & Accessories
The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $110,000 depending on experience, with bonus opportunity.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead our aftermarket sales division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive national sales strategy for our line of spare parts and accessories for floor care equipment, including scrubbers, vacuums, extractors, and burnishers. A key focus of this role will be to significantly increase online sales through various e-commerce channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and leveraging digital platforms to expand market reach.
This is how you WOW:
- Develop and implement a national sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets for aftermarket spare parts and accessories.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a nationwide sales team to drive performance, foster a culture of success, and ensure consistent execution of sales strategies.
- Develop and execute a robust online sales strategy to significantly grow revenue through e-commerce platforms.
- Analyze and optimize online sales funnels, product listings, and digital marketing campaigns to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure a consistent brand message and seamless online customer experience.
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential customers to expand our national footprint.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics for both the sales team and online sales channels.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Manage the sales department's budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our full line of floor care equipment, spare parts, and accessories.
- Ensure the sales team is well-trained on product knowledge, sales processes, and customer service best practices.
- Collaborate with the product team on new product launches and provide insights from the field.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a national sales management role, preferably within the industrial or commercial equipment aftermarket sector.
- Proven experience in managing and growing an e-commerce or online sales channel.
- Deep knowledge of the floor care equipment industry, including scrubbers, vacuums, extractors, and burnishers, is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and experience with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.
- Ability to travel as needed.
