To strengthen our team of professionals in the Retail Sales department, we are looking for:  

SALES REPRESENTATIVE - RETAIL SALES

(37362 ) | Sofia | Permanent employment contract | Full-time | (m/f/d)   

Your WOW-role:

• Active client management: You manage your assigned portfolio, build strong relationships, and achieve sales goals by increasing sales.

• Market strategist: You analyze the competition and trends in the Retail segment to develop and implement profitable sales strategies.

• From inquiry to contract: You prepare professional commercial offers, calculations, and contracts, effectively processing all client inquiries. 

• Perfect in-store visual presentation: You monitor product availability, arrangement, and display, ensuring compliance with company standards. 

• Results in numbers: You prepare clear weekly and monthly reports, monitor payment behavior, and are responsible for the timely reporting of sales and inventory.

• Brand ambassador: You are responsible for the corporate presentation of the company, protecting company property, incl. demo machines, and strictly adhering to corporate policy and ethical principles.  

Your WOW-profile:

• Proven sales professional: You have at least 2 years of sales experience, with excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Experience in the retail sector is a big plus.

• Motivated and proactive: You are customer and results-oriented, energetic, analytical, and responsible, with the ability and desire to work in a team.

• Practical skills: You have higher education (minimum Bachelor's degree), excellent command of MS Office and Google Workspace, and use English and/or German (B1 level). 

• Technical interest: You are not afraid of technology; on the contrary, you show interest and quickly learn new things.
