Packaging responsible

Asta va fi WOW:

• Participate the products development process and adjust the packaging for the specific project / product; as well as an improvement of the product dimension and shipping ability;
• Designing of the packaging, selection of the right materials and checking of the right packaging processes in agreement with AKW;
• Developing of accessories which are produced in CER Communicating with supplier for the new product packaging, confirming the packaging materials and the forms, verifying and trial assembly with the new samples;
• Analysis of packaging test results and working out the optimal solution Following up packaging issues which might come up in CER production to fulfill the project schedules;
• Supporting CER Order Management and Purchasing Department to get the packaging's right in time to the production;
• Responsible for the artwork process in our WebCenter-tool – beginning from the released printing files via the box supplier till the production;
• Release of packaging materials timely, such as carton box, wooden pallet, EPS, label, etc.;
• Performing of quality checks of packaging’s, especially cardboard boxes (BoxCompressionTests);
• Improving the design of the packaging materials for cost and quality improvement;
• Providing the technical support to Purchasing Dept. to reduce the cost of packaging;
• Supporting the Controlling Dept. about the packaging for the new project quotation;
• Handing packaging issues raised by the relative departments and the complaint from customer then proposing corresponding improvement suggestions;
• Making the packaging plan and giving training to workers in production line;
• Developing and selection of packaging for spare parts which are produced in CER;
• Improvement of the current packaging materials for spares / transport packaging (cost-saving);
• Packaging Documentation (e.g. adaptation of the BOM).

Va fi WOW dacă:

• Graduate of Technical University (mechanical or electrical);
• Experience in working with CATIA;
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and well organized;
• Advanced English skills;
• Able to work independently and efficiently;
• Innovative approach.
