Regional Process Manager

Are you passionate about driving improvement and creating smart, scalable processes? We are now looking for our first Regional Process Manager in the Nordics – a new role in the region with the unique opportunity to shape and influence how we work across Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Norway.​

 

The role reports to the Regional CFO and you can be located in Gothenburg, Oslo, Copenhagen (Rødovre) or Helsinki (Nurmijärvi).

 

This is how you WOW:

  • As the Regional Process Manager you are responsible for implementing and refining process improvement methodologies across the Nordic region, ensuring alignment with global standards while adapting to regional business needs.
  • You lead initiatives to standardize, optimize and digitalize processes across Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Norway.
  • You collaborate closely with Managing Directors, the  regional CFO and other regional functions to ensure alignment and execution. 
  • You act as the main process consultant for the Nordics – coaching, supporting and enabling local process owners.
  • You ensure process efficiency supports the overall business strategy and operational goals.
  • You conduct process maturity assessments and ensure compliance with both global and local standards.
  • You facilitate knowledge-sharing and promote alignment in process methodologies between countries.
  • You drive a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centric process design.

 

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

  • A university degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in process management, business process improvement, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of process standardization, mapping, and digital transformation.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional and multi-country initiatives with a structured and pragmatic approach.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills – especially with senior leaders.
  • Fluency in English and at least one other Scandinavian language.
  • A willingness to travel across the region (approx. 10–25%).
